It is a physician-dispensed line, which means it is sold through practices rather than shops, so the products you take home are chosen by someone who has looked at your skin. Here, that happens at a skincare consultation, where we decide together what belongs in your routine — and what does not.

What the Line Is
SkinBetter Science makes a small range of skincare built around a few well-studied ingredients, rather than a shelf of options. That suits the way I work. A regimen with one, two or three products that you will actually use does more for your skin than a bathroom full of bottles.
Choosing Products
Which line suits you, and which products within it, depends on your skin and on what you are trying to improve. I will not guess that from a form. At the consultation I look at your skin, we talk about what concerns you, and I put together a routine that fits — sometimes from one line, sometimes from a mix. If your skin is doing well on what you already use, I will say so.

The consultation is $150, waived if you proceed with treatment — including when you leave with a regimen.

Do I need a consultation to buy it?
That is how we choose the right products, so that what you take home fits your skin rather than a general description of it. If you already know what you use and simply need more of it, ask at the front desk.

I started microneedling with Dr. Moazemi this year and the results have been amazing, my skin is glowy and bouncy. I’d had microneedling before elsewhere and never got results like this. Dr. Moazemi is thorough in explaining treatments and recommends plans that actually deliver.
I also get hydrafacials from Jen, and I bring my mom too, we both love the results, especially before big events.

Dr. Moazemi has been wonderful to work with. When I started considering laser hair removal I called around to so many places because I know working with Hispanic skin can be challenging and not all lasers work. Dr. Moazemi called me back personally to discuss the options and make a recommendation. I’ve had two treatments so far and have had way more hair reduction than I expected.
