A Signature HydraFacial is $200, the Deluxe $275, and the Platinum $325. A half back is $325, a full back $425. If you come in regularly, a package of six or a membership lowers the per-treatment price; both are listed above. I would rather you did not choose a tier on price alone — at your first visit we will look at your skin together and decide which one suits it.

It depends on what you are hoping for. A HydraFacial cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates, and it will leave your skin looking brighter and feeling smoother the same day, with nothing to recover from. What it will not do is soften deep lines or tighten loose skin — those need a different treatment. If your skin is dull, congested or dehydrated, and you want an improvement you can see immediately, it is well worth it. If you are asking it to do more than that, tell me at your consultation and I will point you to something that will.

Most people are. A HydraFacial suits nearly every skin type. It is gentle enough for sensitive or redness-prone skin, and it is a good choice if your skin is dry, congested, dull or uneven in tone. There are times to wait: an active acne flare, a sunburn, an open sore or a cold sore in the treatment area, or recent use of a strong prescription retinoid. Tell me about those at your consultation. If it is not the right treatment for you right now, I will say so.

Very few, and they are mild. Your skin may look a little pink and feel warm or tight afterward, and that usually settles within a few hours. With more intensive settings the redness can last one to two days. If you are prone to cold sores, tell me beforehand, because a treatment around the mouth can bring one on. Anything more than that is uncommon, and my pre- and post-care instructions tell you exactly when to call the office.

I usually recommend every four to six weeks to keep your skin in good condition. If that is the rhythm you want, the packages and membership above lower the per-treatment price.
