How HydraFacial works

The HydraFacial procedure helps to keep the skin clean and clear while providing long lasting hydration at the same time. It utilizes powerful ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, peptides and antioxidants that help to reduce inflammation, repair cellular damage from sun exposure and even out skin tone. Additional boosters can also be used for specific skin issues and can further customize the treatment for different patients.

Steps of HydraFacial treatment:

Depending on the type of treatment that is chosen for you, it usually includes 5 steps. At times, other procedures such as light therapy or lymphatic drainage therapy can be added to your treatment. HydraFacial treatment steps usually follow a predetermined protocol set by the experts at HydraFacial company for best results and include:

1. Cleansing and Exfoliation

This step is performed with a particular tip that attaches to the handheld equipment and produces a vortex movement of ingredients that help open and cleans skin pores and remove the superficial dead skin and debris that you have accumulated from different sources such as your make up, daily exposures and so on.

2. Chemical Peeling

Using a gentle chemical peel agent such as Glycolic acid and Salicylic acid, this step helps remove blackheads and acne producing bacteria from the depth of your skin pores.

3. Extraction

Using Vortex infusion technology, which is only used by HydraFacial equipment, is an additional step to remove unwanted elements from your skin such as excessive sebum (skin pore secretions that are involved in development of acne and other skin blemishes) and at the same time delivers vital agents that are crucial to the health of your skin. The powerful suction through a tip with spiral design will provide desirable, gentle and effective skin resurfacing and cleansing of pores.

4. Boosting agents

HydraFacial treatments can be tailored to address a wide variety of skin conditions and cater to any skin type or color. We can customize many aspects of your treatment such as changing your treatment for oily or dry skin, particular need for treatment of acne, sunspots or rosacea, or any other skin condition that we would want to take care of during our initial evaluation.

5. Personalizing Your Treatment

We can modify many aspects of your treatment, from many boosters available for different skin types and conditions to suction power, to precisely target your personal skincare concerns. As we put together your treatment plan based on your specific goals, your treatment is catered solely to you and no other.

6. Light therapy

HydraFacial for Acne

There are many effective treatments available to combat acne, one of which is the HydraFacial. HydraFacial is a non-invasive, multi-step skincare treatment that addresses a variety of skin concerns, including acne. It works by using gentle exfoliation and suction to remove impurities from the skin, followed by a nourishing infusion of specialized serums to hydrate and protect the skin. This combination of exfoliation and hydration is particularly effective for acne-prone skin, as it helps to unclog pores, reduce inflammation, and improve overall skin texture. Additionally, the HydraFacial is customizable, so a skincare professional can tailor the treatment to your unique skin concerns and needs. If you suffer from acne and are looking for an effective, non-invasive treatment option, the HydraFacial is definitely worth considering.

HydraFacial for Blackheads

HydraFacial has become an increasingly popular treatment option for those struggling with blackheads and clogged pores. This innovative treatment is designed to thoroughly cleanse and exfoliate the skin while simultaneously delivering nourishing, hydrating ingredients. One of the reasons HydraFacial is such an effective treatment for blackheads is due to its powerful suction mechanism. This device helps to extract impurities and dead skin cells from deep within the pores, leaving the skin looking and feeling smoother and more radiant. Additionally, the serum infused during the treatment contains salicylic acid, a powerful ingredient that helps to dissolve and loosen the debris trapped in the pores. Overall, HydraFacial is an excellent choice for anyone looking to address blackheads and achieve clearer, healthier-looking skin.

HydraFacial for Rosacea

Rosacea is a skin condition that causes redness, inflammation, and visible blood vessels on the face. The HydraFacial works by using a unique process of cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, and hydrating the skin. This process helps to reduce the redness and inflammation in the skin and can improve the appearance of visible blood vessels. The HydraFacial treatment is gentle and safe for people with sensitive skin, making it a popular choice for those with rosacea. Additionally, the results are immediate and long-lasting, making the HydraFacial a great option for people who want to improve the appearance of their skin without invasive procedures.

HydraFacial for Anti-Aging

One of the key benefits of the HydraFacial is that it targets multiple signs of aging at once, including fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin texture. By removing dull, dead skin cells and replenishing the skin with hydrating and anti-aging serums, the HydraFacial helps to stimulate collagen production, boost circulation, and enhance the overall health and vitality of the skin. With regular treatments, patients can expect to see a significant improvement in the appearance of their skin, with a more youthful, radiant, and rejuvenated complexion.

How Often Should you Get a HydraFacial

Generally, most people see optimal results with a HydraFacial every four to six weeks. This allows for enough time for your skin to recover and regenerate between sessions while maintaining the overall health and appearance of your skin. However, it’s always best to consult with a licensed esthetician to create a customized treatment plan that suits your unique skin type and desired results.

HydraFacial Treatment Cost

Generally, you can expect to pay anywhere from $200 to $350 per treatment. Factors that can affect the cost include the location of the aesthetician or spa providing the service, the experience and qualifications of the person performing the treatment, and the specific add-ons or enhancements you choose. Despite the cost, most people believe that the results of a HydraFacial are worth it, as the treatment can improve the appearance and health of your skin. It’s always a good idea to do some research and find the best practice to meet your individual needs.
